Register now to activate your Rescue service plan, valid for any brand of SD Card, MicroSD, CompactFlash, memory stick, thumb drive, solid state drive (SSD), hard disk drive (HDD), external hard drive (EHD), tablet, mobile phone, or the SSD or HDD contained within a multi device/drive storage box*, laptop/desktop, or other removable data storage device which stores data electronically. You'll need a copy of your receipt and your product nearby to validate important customer and product information. Please note: It may take up to 48 hours to receive your contract purchase information. If it has not been 48 hours, please check back with us.

The following products are excluded from service plan coverage at this time, please contact us to receive a full refund of your service plan fees paid.

  • Devices with a pre-existing condition
  • Equipment that is network-attached storage or multi-drive storage capable of housing more than ten (10) hard drives
